When you opt in to our messaging service, we send a confirmation message. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from OccaStore Limited to the mobile number you provide (or later designate). Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

We reserve the right to change the total number of messages sent or to update the sending short code/number without notice. Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider for plan details. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Cancellation

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or by following any unsubscribe link contained in our messages. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your request and will cease further messaging unless you opt in again.

4. Support & Info

For help, email marketing@occastore.com. Where supported, you may also text HELP for instructions on how to unsubscribe. Any link we include within a message will also provide company information and unsubscribe instructions.

5. Transfer of Number

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you must either reply STOP from the old number or email us at marketing@occastore.com with your old and new numbers. This duty to notify us is a condition of using the service.
