OccaStore Trade Account – Quick Start Guide

Welcome to OccaStore Limited. This guide explains how to create a trade account, why we ask for only minimal information, and how to add additional users so multiple team members can access the same company account.
1. Why We Ask for Minimal Information
We keep the sign-up form short because we source key company data through our credit search system. This lets us verify business details quickly without asking you for lengthy documentation.

2. Create a Trade Account
Open the form here: Request a Trade Account.
To ensure setup is as quick as possible, please include your Company Registration Number. If you don’t know it, make sure your registered address is accurate to avoid delays while we locate your record.
2.1 Required Information

Note: If you don’t know your CRN, onboarding may be delayed while we locate your details. Please ensure your registered address is exact.
3. Requesting Additional Users
We support multiple user logins under a single company account so your team can place orders and manage invoices together. Each user has their own credentials but shares the same company pricing and credit terms.
