1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website by registered trade users. Simply log in, browse our range, add items to your basket, and checkout. If you need help, give us a call or drop us an email.
2. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, international customers can arrange their own freight forwarding. We’re happy to prepare your order for collection by a third-party courier.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method:
- Royal Mail: Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 / Special Delivery
- Freightroute: For pallet orders, next-day delivery is available depending on your zone. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive this, please contact hello@occastore.com or 01744 881596 (Option 5).
5. What should I do if my order is damaged or items are missing?
Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours. Email us at hello@occastore.com with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.
6. Can I return products?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Restocking fees apply:
- 15% for specially ordered items
- 5% for stocked items
To start a return, log into your account and use the returns function.
7. Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
Yes. Restocking fees help cover the cost of processing returns:
- 15% fee for special-order items
- 5% fee for standard stock returns
8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days. The amount (minus any restocking fee) will be credited to your original payment method.
9. Can I speak to someone if I have a problem with my order?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering personal service.
